Carrara Cafe began in 2015 as a humble ice cream parlour and has since evolved into a full-fledged café offering handcrafted gelato, waffles, and Western fusion cuisine. Named after the Italian marble, Carrara reflects a commitment to quality and aesthetics. The café is helmed by award-winning chef Jackson Lee and has garnered multiple accolades, including 1st runner-up at the Singapore Gelato Championship 2019. Carrara also operates a HALAL, ISO22000:2018, and HACCP-certified food manufacturing facility, supplying gelato and premixes to over 200 F&B establishments locally and abroad.
